NR Balancing Ampoule Cleanser was formulated to effectively cleanse and balance the skin while helping to improve the appearance of skin aging by introducing nicotinamide riboside (NR).

NR Balancing Ampoule Cleanser creates a mild double-action foam. 

Why double-action? 
1) Four types of coconut-derived ingredients gently remove dirt and excess oil with the help of lamellar foam, which is structured to gently exfoliate the skin. 
2) The ampoule in the formula gets absorbed into the skin while cleansing to hydrate and nourish.

Dispense 2-3 pumps onto wet palms and lather. Gently massage the entire face with foam, then rinse with water. For best results, use morning and night.

Q: Why is this name “Ampoule” formally in the name?

A: The name “ampoule” has different meaning across the world. While in the U.S. ampoules are typically reserved for super concentrated serums and single dose packages, we embrace a global view. We use the term “ampoule” to mean a super concentrated or super high performance product.

Q: Can I use this product everyday since it also acts as an exfoliant?

A: Yes, this is safe to use everyday, and we recommend that you use it twice per day – morning and night

Q: You mention Nicotinamide Riboside (NR), but I don’t see that ingredient listed in the ingredients or on the packaging. In fact, I see Niacinamide Riboside Chloride. Can you explain this?

A: Niacinamide Riboside is the same as Nicotinamide Riboside. We have chosen to use this name instead. The chloride simply bonds to the NR to create a powder. Much like sodium is a nutrient that your body utilizes, and sodium must be bonded with another chemical to form a compound (e.g. sodium chloride), NR needs another chemical to create a stable compound that you can use.
